Don't worry if you're not familiar with these terms, they are described in plain English on our beginners guide page. Indeed, plain English conversation is another of our specialities: if you're not familiar with I.T. terminology, we won't blind you with science!

Doing it properly and getting it right is our main concern - a surprising amount of our work is redesigning old sites that haven't initially been designed to work.
